I came to La Parmigiana by accident as I passed it on my way back from a conference at Glasgow University. I need words to do justice to the absolute excellence of the cooking.I was speechless when I tasted my guinea fowl and porcini: the sauce alone deserved a Michelin star.My creme brulee arrived with a sculpture of spun sugar under which one could reach the delicate, vanilla infused custard by cracking open the perfect caramelised crust... I give up- how can a chef cook as well as this? This is a restaurant with a beautiful decor, where the waiters create an unhurried and relaxing atmosphere and the customer's needs are placed first.Shall recommend to my friends and family who pass through Glasgow often.

Fantastic Meal


I came to La Parmigiana with a few friends whilst in Glasgow. The food is by far the best that I have eaten anywhere in the U.K. The prices were reasonable, the service was professional. Well Done Glasgow for having one of the best. Adam Walker

La Parmigiana is very special to myself and partner Jane. We came here on our first date and have been coming here every 6 months since - La Parmigiana is second to none, we eat out alot and it has never been out done by any other restaurant anywhere. We shall be booking up this month and are sure we'll experience the same quality and service as we always have.

Im sorry if i wrote on Italian, but my poor english cant explique what my heart need to say.. Caro ANGELO ci mancherai tanto, ci mancherà il tuo sorriso, la tua simpatia e la tua bontà. Mancherà ai tuoi amici, ai tuoi clienti, figuriamoci alla tua famiglia. Oggi ci saluti dalla vita terrena, ma ci rivedremo.....; mi piace pensare che lassù troverai ad accoglierti una persona che conoscevamo bene tutti e due e con la quale vi farete tutta la compagnia che qui non riuscivate. Remembering...


My wife and I were in Glascow in 1996 and dined with you. 10 years later, her parents are planning a trip to Glascow and we had to reccomend one of our favorite Italian dining experiences to date. I hope they have as wonderful an experience as we did! Cheers, The Hudnells from Ohio, USA.
